Decent hotel - needs serious updating, painting, flooring, furniture, etc.
Ocean view not exactly a beach, more like a rock quarry. My favorite thing was the dock that I sat on every morning to watch the sunrise - the most beautiful ones I've EVER seen
Exceptionally clean & the shuttle driver & concierges at the desk were awesome.

Renoir and Mateo were most helpful in providing insight and fun things to do on the island. Great service, great people!!

We booked our hotel and flight through Expedia and upon our arrival was given the wrong type room. We paid for a Oceanview, however once at the room it was an obstructed view of beach and more of the pool. I immediately called the front desk and the issue was quickly resolved. Special thanks to Ladd who was attentive to help us get settled in the Oceanview room. The room was spacious, clean and with the balcony it met the expectations that we were looking for.
Overall the staff was pleasant and accommodating to us. Whether it was the shuttle bus drivers (Damien/ Tevita). Karla and Julio at the restaurant/ bar who engaged us in pleasant conversations throughout our visit to the bar. And the food was delicious as well as the daiquiri.
The only two complaints during our visit were our 1.)hotel entrance door was warped. It was hard to close and require more reinforcement to secure a close.
2,) Cats lurking inside the hotel lobby and sitting on the desk counter in front of the guest. Totally unacceptable!!!

Great place to stay. Food was great. The hotel was a little further out than expected. Property was clean and the staff were very helpful.
