Clean room no complaints

I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days.
There was no cleaning done to Room #301.
I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily.
One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it.
We didn't touch it.
We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily.
No one came to the room at all.
There was no bed linen change either.
The room was clean when we got there.
Someone at the hotel gave us the phone number of a local taxi driver.
We are truly appreciative of this gesture.
The location was conveniently located to most establishments.
If these issues are corrected, we would definitely come back to the Starz Hotel in STT.
Next time we would definitely rent a car.
