First of all, this is a budget-friendly hotel. I was here for two nights during a quick trip to Busan. The hotel is located just behind one of the main roads, close to Choryang Station and within walking distance of Busan Station. The room was generally fine, with tile floors and finishes that didn't feel outdated. The photos of the room on Expedia accurately reflected what you get.
There was a computer with internet access in my room, but the keyboard was quite dusty, and there appeared to be cola or coffee underneath that hadn't been cleaned. The elevator also had an unpleasant smell. Another downside was that the window could not be opened in my room, so there was no fresh air circulation.
Other than those issues, everything else was fine. Overall, this hotel is a reasonable option. I think around ₩60,000 per night is a fair price for what it offers.
