Located in the heart of Bangkok close to shopping areas, food outlets, massage centers and live music clubs. The rooms are spacious. The air conditioning was good and the service outstanding.
Book with morning breakfast as they have a huge spread which caters to all the taste buds. Room service and house keeping was good. They have a well equipped gym, a children’s play area and a lovely pool
Look out for Addison, the friendly face at the concierge. He has a lot of tips and good advise to give you. You can fall back on him for suggestions, tips. He booked a taxi to the airport which was cheaper than the grab taxis. It’s service like this which gives us lasting memories ❤️
In short a happy and fulfilling stay at the Mercure and I recommend it highly

I always love coming back and staying here. This is definitely my go to place in Bangkok. I come to Bangkok six times a year and stay here. The rooms are always very clean spacious. The staff are always very friendly, courteous and professional, and a shout out to my friend Kate at the front desk very nice.

What we found to be the standout, was not the facility or the amenities. What stood out was the people who make this location what it is. Without the dedication, personal attention from the staff, this would just be another hotel unable to stand out. So “hats off” to the entire staff for taking the time to be “human” while being consistently professional.
