The hotel is actually in Paralia but set back far enough from the beach to be more peaceful. The entire hotel looked as if it had been recently renovated and our room was excellent. We had a Mountain View room (our choice) with a balcony and it was both practical and comfortable and we slept well each night. There were lots of mini-marts in walking distance and plenty of larger shops, bars and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. If you want to go to Katerini, there is a local bus or it’s 10-12 euro in a taxi. Lefterius, the Manager, is extremely helpful and always contactable if you need him.
