This is a good hotel, and the staff is very friendly. This is our first time booking a room with a private onsen, loved it. 10 mins walk from the train & bus stations. Breakfast's good! Wifi's a bit spotty. The hotel seems to have been there for a while, not super new.

Excellent stay, the private onsen was fabulous, everything was provided for, the hotel staff are very friendly, can highly recommend for anyone wanting to use an onsen but perhaps too shy to use a public one.
