The first appearance of the exterior makes you think you picked the wrong motel. Sort of a work in progress. But let me tell you, the rooms are very nice. Clean and comfy. One of the best motel beds I've ever slept in. The toilets are low and small especially for taller people with bad knees which is a minus. Make sure you have ID at check in if you made online reservations tho. Owner is accommodating. Even offered to pick up food for us if we ordered it. Kwik trip is right across the street for an extra bonus. Also if you'd like a cocktail, there is an on-site bar.

At first glance the hotel looks beyond overly basic as you pull up to park.
Bit the rooms are super comfortable with good bed and ac. The staff went waaayyyy beyond normal for anything I needed. That alone is always impressive at budget hotels.
