Our stay at the The Lamb Inn was a delight. From our warm welcome, to our lovely chat at breakfast, and the environment at the pub as we enjoyed a pint ... It was all an absolutely a perfect part of our journey.

We stayed in the garden suite. It was lovely. My only criticism would be that one of the legs on the futon in the living room area was broken. Our Daughter said the bed in the smaller bedroom wasn't very comfortable so we used spare duvets and a blanket to make it more comfortable. The small garden area was ideal for our dogs to be able to give them some space to toilet etc. The food in the pub was very nice, my only criticism would be the lack of vegetarian options. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and informative.

The Lamb Inn was a great choice for a proper traditional country pub. The room (#5) was small but I did choose one for a single traveller so no problems there. The bathroom and bedroom were clean and well presented, with a comfy bed. The pub downstairs was great with a real fire, great food and drinks and really friendly locals. A recommended choice.
