The shower head was very lacking... could not be moved up. We had trouble getting in the front door, took a while to figure out the exact push/pull but once we did it was great. Amazing area with lots going on.

DO NOT BOOK. The staff are rude they double booked and demanded that we leave the room. They were rude and wanted to enter our room and take out our luggage. They then locked us out of the building as it is all done through your phone and we were stood in the rain waiting to get in for over half an hour. Besides this is was so noisy from the neighbours, dirty socks were filthy. Bathroom flooded after every shower and the lift didn’t work

6 / 10

Extensive black mold in the bathroom on the walls and ceiling. I kept the bathroom door shut the entire time to not breathe the spores. I had to go buy toilet paper, soaps and wash cloths upon arrival as there either were none or was not enough. Loud screaming neighbors every evening in the neighboring apartment. The heat worked very well & the remainder of the apartment was very clean and confortable. The bed was very comfortable also.
