An exceptional experience from start to finish! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The modern design, cleanliness, and the high standard of amenities made my stay truly memorable. What stood out most, however, was the professional and friendly attitude of the staff—they were attentive and always ready to help with a smile. It is rare to find a place that strikes such a perfect balance between comfort and great service. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, I cannot recommend this place enough. I will definitely be coming back!

Stayed at İkiz Hotel Kleopatra last week and honestly didn't want to leave. The lobby has this really cozy vibe — not over the top, just comfortable. Breakfast was incredible, way more than you'd expect. Pool was spotless, hammam was the highlight of the whole trip. And the place was genuinely clean, like properly clean. Staff clearly takes pride in it. Would go back without hesitation.

After this renovations, it has nothing less than a luxury hotel. The rooms are spotless and very cozy. What made our stay truly special was the staff... They were so helpful and welcoming that we felt at home the entire time. Definitely the best value for money hotel you can find... I Will definitely come back thx guys!
