Unfriendly Receptionist

1.5 / 10

Upon arrival the staff were seemingly unfriendly and unwilling to help. It seems this hotel was mainly for locals to enjoy their time-off. The location of the place was quite far away from other locations; especially at night where the dirt roads were dark and no restaurant in sight. The room was semi-clean and had a smell of old lemongrass. Poor location was the real turn-off here. Even considering price, there were other options within the Mui Ne area to stay.

To start with something good, the lady at the reception was extremely courteous. However, the condition of the mini house was not so good. We encountered issues with having hot water and there were water leaks. Wifi signals werent strong enough, and we were provided with a wifi password which is wrong. The mini house was kept clean but I noticed very low maintenance. The hotel is situated away from the action area. There is only one restaurant in the neighbouring area.

The receptionist was nice and friendly to provide help, they help us to contact the tour agent in Muine. The Hotel's environment really excellent, me and my friends enjoy to stay there. Even the location not in the town centre but the receptionist will help to arrange transport.
