It is difficult for elderly individuals to pay for parking for this hotel. You have to go on your phone and pay for parking. It was difficult for me to the point I had to go for assistance at the front desk
The shower area was not clean my wife found a lot of white hairs. When the lady who cleans the rooms showed up we showed her the white hairs. There also was not had liquid to wash your hands. I had to go to the front dest and ask for container.
