Convenient for a last minute booking, great location!!! Easy parking so no need to pay for beach parking. Getting things to the room was more challenging/a big walk around. Floor of the room looked super clean but socks turned black very quickly. Room was way bigger than pictured which was a plus! Beds were comfy and room was modern. Only other thing was that there wasn't much of a hangout place/porch space. Porch looked into parking lot. Front parking lot had picnic tables. Less of an adirondack and chill space. Overall great place for a weekend trip!

Great room, it looked recently remodeled and everything was new. It's across the street from the ocean and walkable to restaurants.

We had a lovely stay at the Ocean Sands. It is a newly renovated property with more renovations ongoing.
Our room was fresh and clean. The Inn is located in a quiet area with ocean access directly across the street including a beautiful view of 2 different lighthouses.
I highly recommend staying here.
