Outside looks like it will be a bit run down inside but I was pleasantly surprised. Check in & out was easy, he gave us snacks for our stay. The room was clean and cozy. Nicely decorated and smelled clean. Quiet and peaceful sleep. We were very comfortable.

Clean room, staff helpful even with opening bottle wine. Only negative is the ice machine was not working during our stay. Parking was great right outside room. Was able to walk to old town colorado from the hotel in 5 minutes seriously. Great location and price. Wifi was fast enough to use for work calls and streaming movies on computer. AC machine worked, slightly weird buttons but they worked fine. Shower was nice strong water output.
