Nice clean room in a great location. Parking is pricey but it's San Francisco. Staff not knowledgeable about the area. Couldn't tell me where to get a cup of early morning coffee. I discovered by accident an IHOP and an Algerian breakfast/sandwich shop right around the corner of the hotel. We would return to the hotel on a future visit.
