It’s more of an Airbnb-type accommodation rather than a hotel. Check in and check out were fully virtual but the host was responsive and made it easy enough. The parking is offsite and the hotel is a bit hidden but overall a good price and in a central and convenient location. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Little bistro down below from our room was a bit noisy. Great location for walking down to the waterfront and easy to get to from the train station room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a bit awkward with the bidet and toilet.

Anna was great, she let us check in early and even called a taxi for us. The room was clean and well equipped.

Anna was a lovely host, the location was central, close to the station, restaurants, cafes, marina etc
The room was clean and comfortable with all the essentials provided and as a tea drinker I was happy I had a kettle in the room. Anna was warm, hospitable with good touristic information. She gave us our favourite restaurant in La Spezia and encouraged us to visit Porto Venere which was absolutely stunning. La Spezia was beautiful as were the people, I highly recommend La Loggia de’Banchi.
