Cabin was very well cleaned. The pools which was the reason for our choosing Big4 were excellent. Our 6 year old granddaughter didn't want to leave!!

8 / 10

It was convenient for my needs, staff were lovely when conmmunicating with them.

Our toilet was leaking all the time when we stayed. Noticed the reception but no action. Our friends' cabins ran out gas. So there was not hot water at first night. Cabins had a lot ants and cockroaches. So some of friends booked two nights but only stayed one night. Public kitchen was not cleaning till 8:30 am in the morning.

The room appeared not to have been cleaned. The floor was covered in dirt and the sink had grass on it. The blankets supplied in the rooms smelled terribly! It’s a shame, we stayed 3 months ago and had a much better experience then.
