Extreme value for money

Extreme value for money. I didn't realise how big the property was in the pictures however when we arrived all 8 of us were extremely impressed, it has everything we needed

Nothing to note

Disappointed stay. Villa everything but Bellissima.

Ibiza itself was great but this propety is awful.

We booked Villa Bellissima as a family of four (two adults, two children) at close to €1,000 per night, on the strength of a 9.4 rating and a listing that presents this as a high quality holiday villa. What we arrived to does not match that. The gap between how it's advertised and what we actually got: Air conditioning. The AC in the two bedrooms where our boys slept wasn't working, and it was only fixed on Wednesday evening, (please note; it is still not working or broken again). What bothers us most is that there were two AC units sitting outside when we arrived, so they already knew there was a problem, and nobody said a word to us. In an Ibiza summer, two kids in bedrooms with no working AC is not a small thing. The pool. On arrival it was milky, murky and full of flakes and debris (photos already sent). For a villa like this the pool is the centrepiece, and it was neither clean nor usable when we checked in. Cleanliness and condition. The place is run down and dirty. Dust in the air, shower cabins with dirt and grease, a sofa with stains hidden under throws, rock hard mattresses with matching pillows, and a smell you would not expect from a freshly cleaned premium villa. Please note; also several mutant-sized cockroaches are running throughout the house. Everything falling apart. The pool table is wobbly and dirty, with one broken cue and one missing its end. Chairs are cracked and peeling. The shower hose was leaking and the toilet wasn't filling. The wifi is unreliable throughout, worst around the kitchen. To be fair, the team responds quickly. But fast replies don't close the gap between a 9.4 listing at €1,000 a night and a property that is honestly better suited to a stag weekend than a family with young children.
