Really nice hotel with lovely rooms. The pub downstairs was really convenient. Staff could not be more helpful. Ebjoyex our stay and will be back.

We felt the staff need to choose their words better. I was treated with Hello lovely.
That was my first cringe. I was then told I need to swipe your credit card in case you damage something, really, I understand the credit card however how about using words like incidentals.
Breakfast this morning, felt staff did not want to be there, no smile, no good morning, just asked have you already been to breakfast this morning, breakfast is once per guest, it was 7.15am breakfast starts at 7 am and we were the only ones in the room.
I feel the staff need some coaching on how to speak more appropriately
The room was lovely however there was an awful smell
Check out this morning, same person at reception, hello lovely, goodness the lady had my name Mrs F*^%+ would be more appropriate.
