We were in town for the DYS Softball World Series along with other teams from different states. The staff was very helpful from the moment we walked through the door! Joshua is who we had the most interaction with & boy was he busy! He never gave any indication of how busy he was. If we requested something he was always happy to help! We came back to the room everyday, to fresh towels and fresh trash cans! We cannot be more thankful to have had a smooth travel experience here!
