The property was well maintained, in a old historic district, quaint. We felt very safe walking around.
Bed was comfortable and clean.
The room was cleaned well, bathroom, floors etc. were in good condition.
The issue we had was a lack of hospitality and attention.
The person at the desk taking care of guest service, check in etc needs more training in how to address people in the hospitality industry.
Very impersonal and unfriendly.
She was sitting on her phone when we walked in, there was nobody else around.
Without looking up, no smile, no eye contact she told us to wait in the outside hall.
Right when we sat down she called out to us that we can come in "right now"?
We stayed for 2 nights. The next day we saw her in the hall, no hello, no eye contact? Again, there was nobody else around? Very unfriendly behavior!?
Then on checkout day she knocked on our door at 5 minutes to 11am and told we had to "leave immediately", then upon leaving the room she said to "evacuate the premise"? Evacuate is not a hospitality friendly term.
It could have been a very pleasant experience if we were greated and treated in a more friendly manner.
There are probably 100 other locations to stay in that area? Hospitality is what separates the best from the rest.
Thank you for your attention.

The room was clean. The breakfast was limited to yogurts, fresh pastries, hard boiled eggs, juices, coffee, bagels and was good and fresh. We did not hear any noise from other guests or from street noise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was ice cold when we arrived and we had to move it up a few degrees. Highly recommend this house.

Great staff. Yummy danish in the mornings. Comfortable beds. The front rooms are a little loud with street traffic
