This stay was amazing. The owner, Regina, and her staff is very kind and helpful, the property is very clean and comfortable, breakfast is sorted with many items and fresh bread and fruits, and there’s many cozy lounges to relax, read, or meet new friends. Regina herself is always present checking if we need anything.
The staff is always ready to advise on places to visit, or the best restaurants in town.
We highly recommend this place. You’ll be surprised.

This was our 3rd stay for multiple days at Pousada. I have stayed at several places in Petropolis and Itaipava but when in the Petropolis / Itaipava area this is now my home away from home. The staff is fantastic, the rooms and grounds are immaculate and the breakfast is wonderful. Historic place and a great value for the cost.

Attentative staff. Very good breakfast. Nicely decorated and maintained. Short distance to city centre. Will return.
