The rooms were clean and well maintained.
I appreciated the airport shuttles.
I didn't try to use the shuttle around town, though Taxi service is readily available as well.
The breakfast is good, and well served daily.
The common area was not as clean as it could be - on the floors near the elevators - these areas were not as well looked after as the Lobby.

It was very helpful to have a breakfast buffet available daily as part of the price.
The supper buffet was nice to have as an extra cost, but I preferred the restaraunt in the Holiday Inn and Suites. Holiday Express Pizza was cold when served, but edible.
There were a few common areas that were dirty from other guests and not cleaned up quickly (more than a day).
The rooms were nice, well cleaned and good amenities.
The conference space at Holiday Inn and Suites was very well set up, and the staff were helpful. The lunch buffets, and coffee breaks were well done daily. The staff was helpful with additional conference needs.
The laundry services were helpful too - dry cleaning or regular laundry are available for a price, which is very helpful for the traveler.
Shuttle service was prompt and helpful at each IHG property, and the fact that both hotels are on one fenced compound that was well provided for security wise was very helpful. Guard Dog Security Service Officers were respectful and helpful in looking after security needs of the site, not obtrusive or overbearing.
