Because my train was late arriving in Kamloops, I could not check-in on time.
The staff member I spoke with was very helpful and sent me clear instructions for self check-in.

Excellent choice for our overnight stay. We were travelling with a small dog and were unsure of our arrival time. The staff was extremely helpful and we were able to arrange for a self check in late arrival. The process was super easy . Our room was clean and comfortable with parking directly outside our door. Would recommend and stay again.
