8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
The grounds were immaculate especially their garden
The pool was great
However the beach was not accessible due to this type of seaweed that filled the beach and it stunk. So we thought we were getting beach access but we couldn’t of that issue
Additionally there is no TV in the main rooms Judy in the private suites. Had we known these issues before we probably would not have booked this hotel but the staff was amazing and the Spa a dream. I might come back with my friends and family but I doubt my husband will ever return
Suggestions since there is no beach access maybe the hotel should make the hotel stay inclusive to offset no tv or beach access just a thought

Everything was perfect. Staff, amenities, tours, food, site, everything. We especially liked your dive/snorkel team of Rene and Hicento, who were professional, safety conscious, and gentle with my three teenagers as they navigated a discovery dive for the first time. If we are ever in Ambreygris Caye again, Victoria House is the only place we would stay.
