Our recent stay was absolutely amazing. The lication is perfect, with a direct view of Divadelni namesti, and it was especially ideal during the film festival because its right in the middle of the key cinema locations. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was stunning. It was also great to have a kettle in the room so we could make coffee and thea whenever we wanted. One of the best part of the stay was the pool and sauna area, indoors under the roof and has view of div namesti on one dide and the forrest on the other. The area was mostly auiet and never crowded. Brekfast was also ecxellent with a very good selection of choices. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Karlovy Vary.

Our room was large and comfortable with a good view of the town. The sauna and pool were nice, staff was friendly and helpful. A great stay and a good value. Location is perfect.
My only complaint is there were often no towels available when I went to sauna. It is uncomfortable to sit in a sauna in a woman's bathingsuit without a towel. I understand where some people take too many of the towels especially large ones. Maybe just more small towels for the sauna.
