The gentleman(from England I believe) was super helpful. The manager was friendly but unable to help us much with our problem. We had booked a room for 3 people and from the pictures looked like it was for 3 but it had twin beds. We had to book an extra room and was hoping for a discount but that did not happen. We moved to the queen room and gave the twin room to my daughter. Our new room had no air conditioning so the nice gentleman gave us another room but we had to move rooms again.
There was construction but was not too bad.
We loved the shower and the fridge. Looked under the bed to see if we left anything and noticed the floor areas were not super clean.
The shuttle was great.

"The staff was always courteous and helpful. One of them, Garance, helped us out with the safeboxes in a very important moment. Thank you."
