Check-in at Reception was quick and efficient.
Carpets in the room had uncleaned stains. Toilets had black mould at the sink area and inside the shower stall and stains on the floor.
Bed was nice and firm.
Dinner buffet at the Chatterz was terrible. We had Satay Celup. Instead of giving us the peanut (satay) sauce, they gave us peanut soup which totally spoilt the dinner for us. To top it off, many of the food was cold / luke warm. We left after having a few mouthfuls. We had a similar bad experience with the buffet breakfast during our last stay.
Overall, except for the poor maintenance / cleanliness in the room and toilet, the hotel is centrally located and provides easy accessibility to Mahkota Mall and Pahlawan Mall. Just give the F&B in the hotel a wide berth. Thank you.

The location is great. Near but not too near to local attractions. Give you a bit of walking exercise to see other things. Staff is very friendly. Room is clean and spacious.
