Quest is a very comfortable place to stay with spacious room and good location adjacent to football arenas. Rated low because we were evacuated for a fire drill at 7 am which was ok, the problem was that the guests were all queued for ages at two very slow lifts to get back to their rooms after the drill while the staff sat at reception and did nothing to facilitate a more efficient way of getting everyone back to their rooms eg opening the door to the stairs would have been very helpful. No management of the situation by staff.

Perfect location for the Alex Warren concert. Staff were very attentive, room was clean & spacious. Even though parking was full the closest parking station was only minutes away & easy to book online. Didn't expect it to be so quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
