The location of the hotel itself is great, very close to Akihabara station. The amount of food options around was really good as well regardless of the time of day or night.
There daily servicing of towels and items is really handy but if you're staying for more than a few nights they do add up if you're not on-top of putting everything out. Cleaning the room on request but also every three days is really handy too just in case you forget to put the placard out.
Check in and check out was really straightforward and seamless, could stay the whole time with limited interaction with staff if that's what you're after.
Only downsides were the laundry, vending machine and elevator situation. There is only one machine each for the whole hotel so unless you're getting in early or really late at night but hard to get a load done if necessary. The in hotel vending machine is quite small and limited in options but luckily there is a full sized one outside and convenience stores in 7-11 and Family mart literally 20-30 metres from the hotel.
Overall a great spot to stay particularly if you're a solo traveller cause the rooms are quite compact in size

Except for size of the room, rest every thing was good..including breakfast. It is in the heart of shopping district with large stores like bic camera or yodobashi just a few minutes walk
