Well located, clean tidy comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms and all we needed in the kitchen.
Car parking was available on the day and an early check in ( with my elderly father) accommodated.
I did want to use the laundry services, half of which were out of service and the functioning drier monopolised by the facility doing their towels etc.
The lobby area does the place a dis-service as it’s basic, tired and not that welcoming.
Overall would stay again

Everything was amazing. Location perfect. Sometimes you have to wait around for reception but otherwise a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

The location was excellent being walking distance to main downtown areas. However, the room was not as clean as we had hoped for. We found a beanie under the couch, there were moth balls on the ceilings, and our heater wasn’t working the first night. Overall, customer service was good but we were just a bit disappointed in the overall cleanliness.
