My experience was mostly pleasant, but the car elevator to the parkade broke down on the day of checking out so my car was stuck in their underground for 6 hours. I had a day planned with the car so I had to take Ubers around in the city. Would be nice if they offered something complementary in return, but it was business as usual when it was up and running again.

The location is great. You can ride the electric scooters 10 minutes to the tourist part of town using the bicycle lanes. It was super fun. You can also take the Green Line (metro) 10 minutes to town for around $2 each person.
The breakfast was good. Worth the $9 per person that we paid. Loved their coffee machine. Ricardo took great care of us during our meals. Their restaurant is great. There are also other decent places to eat around the property.
I would stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location , walking distance to the tourist areas by the Teijo river . This is one of few hotels in the centre of Lisbon that actually has good parking. The elevator for the car was a new experience but I did manage to get my slightly oversized car in there.
