Valet was awesome as well as the front desk.

The furniture in the rooms are a bit outdated, the mattress in the room we stayed was very wore out, but Valet staff was so awesome it makes up for the other.

Staff exceptionally helpful.

We checked in late and the front desk was so helpful. Whenever we needed towels they would bring them up and no complaints. We thought this room had a sleeper couch but it didn't. The staff did bring us a few blankets to make a pallet to sleep on for one of our kids. If we have more than 4 people, we will book those sister hotel, Springhill suites.
