Excellent location. Right at the waterfront. The ferry lands right outside the property so it’s easy to get around to different areas. Clean, friendly staff.

The hotel, the amenities, the pool, the locations and the service were phenomenal! With the exception of one crabby old bartender, we were thrilled with this place!

The location was awesome. It was immediately right outside the ferry station of lenno, as soon as you get our of the ferry. View from the front of the hotel was great.
The room was clean but basic. The bathroom was clean. They provide 3 things in the minibar that is included in the price. A coke, a water can and carbonated water can. Its once for the stay.
The breakfast was better than average. They had fresh squeezed orange juice (they actually had a machine right there). Nice fruits and breads etc. Coffee on order but included.
The staff was very helpful. The gentleman at the reception remembered that I inquired about the ferry to go back and informed me early that it had been canceled and what my other options were. Hee was very nice and helpful

Our stay at your lovely hotel was spectacular! The location is perfect-directly across from the ferry port which allows access to all of Lake Como. The hotel staff and restaurant staff were excellent and friendly. We loved our time here!!
