Our check in time was supposed to be at 4 pm but we were arriving at the hotel at 10 am after having left our cruise. My children were exhausted and needed to sleep but we didn't have anywhere else to go for 6 hours while waiting for our room. We notified the management at our hotel of our situation and they went out of their way to have a room ready for us by 10:30 at no extra charge. At one point our internet went out so we notified staff and within minutes we're contacted and given instructions on how to correct the situation. Furthermore, the hotel we stayed at was only a 5 minute walk from the beach which was fantastic and minutes away from restaurants and other amenities. Our room was clean and the perfect size. The bathroom was big and everything was super comfortable. I would high recommend staying at this hotel and would personally be booking the same hotel when I return. Definitely a well deserved 5 stars.

Great location close to south beach and staff were very helpful especially Oscar who never said no to any request..
the accommodation was spacious but some of the rugs and furniture need a update. Water pressure on shower very poor.
The price was very reasonable by fir the two bed villa.
