Bathroom sink area very small. No place to put toiletries. Had to keep them in another room. Breakfast was excellent and included in the room price. Dinner was ok. The swordfish and chicken breast were overdone. The filet mignon was excellent, done perfectly. I added a four ounce lobster tail which I thought was way over priced at $28.00.

I couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our stay in Niagara Falls!
I brought my family, who were visiting from Europe, and they were amazed by how much the hotel's architecture and atmosphere reminded them of European villas from the 1920s.
Established in 1923, this hotel truly reflects its history! What impressed me most was how beautifully it has preserved its original charm and authenticity without compromising on comfort or luxury.
We stayed in the two-bedroom suite, and it was absolutely the right choice. Having a kitchen and a cozy living room made our stay even more enjoyable, allowing us to relax and share simple family dinners every evening.
The breakfast was fantastic! Although we noticed the hotel seemed a little short-staffed, everyone we encountered was genuinely warm and welcoming.
A special thank you to Dani at the front desk, whose professionalism, kindness, and hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we said goodbye.
A wonderful experience overall. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, authentic, and memorable stay in Niagara Falls!
