We had an amazing stay at the Westin Reserva Conchal. I love that the hotel is designed around nature instead of above it. The howler monkeys swinging around the trees were a nice surprise. The amenities are great, and the dining experiences were also excellent.
Everything about the facility was top-notch, but what takes it from great to amazing were the people. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. You could tell that they took pride in their work and genuinely prioritized the guest experience.
10/10 recommend.

Beautiful location, friendly staff. I would stay there again.

Everything was good but I would add more towels stations and more buffers restaurants
Other than that everything was perfect

TLDR: For anyone who is used it reasonable luxury travel (not even very upper class), this was a sub-par experience.
The good: staff were very kind, facility was reasonably maintained (some age was showing though), beach access was nice.
The bad: food was sub-par at best, food options were restricted as top restaurants would be booked out first thing in the morning (you have to use the Marriott Experience app to reserve things), they ask you to call operator for any assistance but phone response is super slow so you’re on the phone a bunch, most things close relatively quickly or are unavailable at random times, golf kart service was average, price felt too high for the quality of snacks & beverages that were available.
Not planning to return to this facility.
