The beds were comfortable, but the pillows hard as rock. Bathtub too high . There was dust on the bedroom corners, the AC was too much on top of ourselves while sitting on the bed or the vanity. I liked that they gave us clean towels everyday and the bathropes for the onsen. They put razors, sleepers and the sheets are clean. The restaurant a little pricey foe Japan. Convinient the lawson right there and also the metro station one block away.

I liked the hotel except the automatic check in system. It was more complicated than necessary.

Had a difficult time with our reservation as I booked thru Expedia and they had a hard time finding our reservation but after a few attempts it was found. Very helpful staff and a beautiful hotel. APA hotels are always fantastic.

The spa on the first floor was clean and accessible even in late or early hours. I took baths both at night and early morning to ease my jet lag.
Having a convenience store connected to the hotel is a big plus, too.
The sushi restaurant next door was extraordinary with the freshest sashimi/sushi for the revolving style.
