Great location and a beautiful property.

A lovely hotel, 15 min walk from the train station and close to ferry terminal. Bus from airport stops close by. Can walk to Ritsuin Gardens in 25 mins.
Room was larger than Tokyo rooms, but still limited storage space as is the custom
Breakfast was superb. Western & Japanese food in a buffet style.
All staff were friendly and attentive.

Hotel has a perfect location easy for shopping and dining, while at the same time close to train station and harbour giving easy access to different places.
Front desk staff also helps to fix the TV displaying problem too.
