I made a courtesy call to notify the hotel attendant that we would be having a late check-in. I was told that my room was going to be recorded as a "no-show" after expressing traffic delays had set us back more than usual.
I have no idea why someone would state this to a patron that already prepaid the booked stay. That room should belong to me until the check-out time the very next day.

I did not like that housekeeping enter d my room at 7:30 am while I was asleep in bed. They did a quick scratch/knock then came right in and backed out. No thanks.

Convenient location with easy access to DC. Can walk to casual dining place like TGIs. Only thing disappointing was morning staff around 10am weekdays don’t answer when you call front desk. Went down in person and sure enough lady was there just didn’t want to work I guess. Extended my stay, room hasn’t been cleaner in 3 days, let’s see how long they’ll keep it uncleaned.
