Clean facilities, well-equipped room, clean washroom with excellent water temperature and pressure, and apparently one of the few hotels at this price range near Hakata station where the TV is directly in front of the bed and you don't need to turn your head to watch.

It was a nice hotel, very nice staff and is in a very walkable area and close to a station.

We booked two double beds rooms with a massage chair. The rooms are relatively clean and tidy. But, I found some stains in the toilet door and dirt in closestool. The size of rooms are also relatively big. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The choice of breakfast has quite been wide range. The taste of food is delicious.
However, this hotel does not have free parking for customers. They only give the customers a little discount for the parking fee. The normal parking fee is ¥2000 for 24 hours, the customers has ¥200 discount. The parking pool is limited. I suggest the guests to patk their cars in other car parks near around the hotel, e.g. Ｄパーキング福岡市祇園町第13, エコロパーク 博多区祇園町第2.
