Great room and very clean, but door had a huge gap between door and frame, and there was just a deadbolt, no latch that allows a guest to open door while still secured. If I hadn't been staying there with a friend, I would've felt nervous staying there alone.

Needed to fly out very early from Eugene Airport and we live over an hour's drive away, so we opted to stay in a hotel nearby. We had no recommendations from friends, so poked around and liked the comments in the reveiws of the Royal and decided to give it a try.
It seems to be in a wonderful renovation period. The room was perfectly adequate for a our one night stay. Very, very clean. We will stay there again should the need arise. Recommended.

It's not fancy but it was clean, quiet, parking was free, and the bed was comfortable. And the price was reasonable when so many other places jacked up their prices on GameDay.
