This is a wonderful place to stay while in Volterra, very ** sweet place. The breakfast was by far the best one so far for us from Rome, Florence to Volterra! They also have a very nice cafe/bar up on the roof. 5* for sure!

A wonderful experience. The room was quaint, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent much more than expected. The family and staff were lovely and the location was fantastic. Right in the heart of the city, in the fortress, felt very safe and was quiet. I would stay here again

Nice hotel and staff. Parking close by and hotel central. Breakfast good. Staff helpful when first night and next day ruined by bar below playing loud music till 0200 and then people singing in street till 0400. Helped move room to back of hotel on third floor. Bar didn't repeat. Must have been Saturday night only. First room had good double glazing and shutters but still felt like there were hundreds in the room with us. Roof terrace bar good.
