Staff have been super helpful. Even though we did not speak Spanish they took the time to help translate everything. The rooms feel classic with updated bathrooms. The breakfast was fantastic and thier dinner was great. I can not say enough good things about them.

Las Cancelas was a perfect stay for us. Basically next to the Ávila Cathedral and (probably) the only hotel with its own small parking lot.
Maybe a new a/c for the room will be a good idea. We know the weather was particularly hot during our stay, but it definitely needs a new unit.
