Lobby area and breakfast very clean and nice. Pool area could use some updating, water was extremely cold, not well insulated windows/doors, ceiling vents rusted and unsightly. Carpet in the rooms was absolutely filthy I was afraid to put my kids on the floor it turned their feet and knees black, the hanging mirror was broken badly cracked in several places, ac worked well but made weird noises.

Breakfast was only ok. No yogurt, no fruit, eggs were gone and not replenished.

All the employees were extremely helpful. Trenice in breakfast, the front desk people, the house clean staff and John in maintained. They are the back bone of that hotel...
THE MANAGER SUCKS AS A PEOPLE PERSON. HE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE OR TALK TO A GUST OR HIS EMPLOYEES. HE OVER SELLS ROOMS!!!! AND BLAMES HIS EMPLOYEES FOR HIS MISTAKES. HE SUCKS!!!!
That hotel has lost my business.
Sincerely yours a frustrated guest
