We appreciated the son and mother "team". Mom's freshly baked pastrie and her fresh cappuccino were perfecto!

Very clean room, great location in Venice, nice and helpful staff, fresh food and coffee in the morning.

It was quite hot, but likely due to the heat wave.

For a simple place to stay near the train station, this is a great place. Family owned and operated with a continental breakfast that includes fresh juice, cappucino or expresso, toast, yogurt and fruit. Not close to all the action in Venice but a great option. Shared bathroom was clean and worked out just fine. About 4 small units.
