We really liked this hotel! The staff did not speak much english but they did their best and made us feel very welcome! The room was great overlooking the mountains and the stream in the back. The restraunt was nice and for breakfast they even had a sign on the table reserving it for our family! If we are ever in Switzerland again, we would really like to stay there again!

Hotel was set in a beautiful location. Lobby, dining room, outdoor area, and movie room were nice. Rooms super basic. Hard beds, flat pillows, limited amenities, no room cleaning unless you wanted to pay for it. We also were only allotted 1 towel each for our entire 3 night stay. If you wanted another towel it would cost $8 Francs. No air conditioning and it was hot! Very limited front desk hours. We were given a code to put in prior to arrival but it was incorrect and we had to hunt down phone numbers to call and get in. Breakfast basic- coffee machine did not work. They did however supply GF packaged bread for those with allergies which was nice.
