The check in was a little rough as I booked with expedia. I can't say more about the staff other than fantastic. They accommodated us with extra pillows and amicrowave as we had been displaced from our apartment due to air conditioning issues after surgery. The rooms were clean and my boyfriend enjoyed the bar on friday night.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious, with plenty of great options, though it’s important to pay attention to the lunch and dinner service times so you don’t miss them.
The only downside of our visit was the concierge experience. They were extremely persistent in trying to sell us on attending a “presentation” and didn’t seem to take “no” for an answer, which ended up taking away from our vacation time.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort for its beautiful atmosphere, outstanding staff, and great food.
