Loved my room & the property

My husband, son and I traveled to OKC, and were in a room with two king beds. One bed sagged BADLY in the middle, to the point that two people couldn't sleep on it (we'd both roll into the middle). It was a terrible night sleep. Then, the next morning I went to take a shower, and the body was dispenser was completely empty. After showering using shampoo as soap, I went down to talk to the front desk. I mentioned the soap and how bad the bed was. The front desk couldn't do anything for me at the time (it was very, very early in the morning). However, when we came down for breakfast later, the person I had spoken with at the front desk let me know he was providing us with free breakfast as an apology. My family and I went out for the day, and when we returned, the bed had been fixed!!! I don't know if the bed itself was broken, or if the mattress was replaced, but the second night we had a much better night's sleep. They also replenished the shower gel.
Kudos to the staff for listening to our issues and remediating them so quickly. Much appreciated!

Nice place to stay with my kids.

Staff was helpful, and available (not always the case elsewhere). The breakfast buffet was not complementary (free), but it was excellent quality. Again, other hotels may have free breakfast, but the quality can sometimes be lacking. You get what you pay for. This is an excellent place to stay.
