Rose at the front desk is AWESOME! She creates everyone with a smile and truly makes you feel welcome. She does not get flustered when the system is not working the way it should. I observed her helping pick up dishes in the little cafe area. While doing so she greeted every guest with a smile asking them how their day is going so far etc. I have been in customer service for over 35 years and truly believe she is an asset to to this hotel and company.

On our last night, we got back to our room late. In the parking lot I noticed a vehicle in the parking lot with the passenger door open. We didn’t approach incase someone was inside. But it was late and I saw the guard inside the reception lobby, so I mentioned it to the security guard. She took immediate action to check it out. The hotel showed me how serious they are about safety for the customers.
